It's easy!
Whenever you purchase a product with a Customize Me! design, your dashboard will unlock with instructions and a form to gather your design's personalizations.
Once we are confident we have all the information needed, we'll post mockups for approval (1-3 business days).
When you approve your product's mockup for production, it will go immediately into production. Should you not approve your mockup (or we are unable to make contact) within 14 days, your order will be cancelled and a full refund issued.
